| MatrixFAreNumericallyEqual Method (MatrixF, MatrixF) |
Determines whether two matrices are equal (regarding the tolerance
EpsilonF).
Namespace: DigitalRune.Mathematics.AlgebraAssembly: DigitalRune.Mathematics (in DigitalRune.Mathematics.dll) Version: 1.14.0.0 (1.14.0.14427)
Syntax public static bool AreNumericallyEqual(
MatrixF matrix1,
MatrixF matrix2
)
Public Shared Function AreNumericallyEqual (
matrix1 As MatrixF,
matrix2 As MatrixF
) As Boolean
public:
static bool AreNumericallyEqual(
MatrixF^ matrix1,
MatrixF^ matrix2
)
static member AreNumericallyEqual :
matrix1 : MatrixF *
matrix2 : MatrixF -> bool
Parameters
- matrix1
- Type: DigitalRune.Mathematics.AlgebraMatrixF
The first matrix. - matrix2
- Type: DigitalRune.Mathematics.AlgebraMatrixF
The second matrix.
Return Value
Type:
Boolean if the matrices are equal (within the tolerance
EpsilonF); otherwise,
.
Exceptions Remarks
The dimensions of the two matrices are compared and the matrices are compared
component-wise. If the differences of the components are less than
EpsilonF the matrices are considered as being equal.
