Parameters
- random
- Type: SystemRandom
The random number generator. If this parameter is , the global random
number generator (see Random) is used.
- matrix
- Type: DigitalRune.Mathematics.AlgebraMatrixF
The matrix that is filled with random values. - min
- Type: SystemSingle
The minimal allowed value for a matrix element. - max
- Type: SystemSingle
The maximal allowed value for a matrix element.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
