|  | InterpolationHelperLerp Method (Vector2F, Vector2F, Single) |
            Performs a linear interpolation between two
Vector2F.

Namespace: DigitalRune.Mathematics.InterpolationAssembly: DigitalRune.Mathematics (in DigitalRune.Mathematics.dll) Version: 1.14.0.0 (1.14.0.14427)
 Syntax
Syntaxpublic static Vector2F Lerp(
	Vector2F source,
	Vector2F target,
	float parameter
)
Public Shared Function Lerp (
	source As Vector2F,
	target As Vector2F,
	parameter As Single
) As Vector2F
public:
static Vector2F Lerp(
	Vector2F source,
	Vector2F target,
	float parameter
)
static member Lerp :
        source : Vector2F *
        target : Vector2F *
        parameter : float32 -> Vector2F
Parameters
- source
- Type: DigitalRune.Mathematics.AlgebraVector2F
 The source vector.
- target
- Type: DigitalRune.Mathematics.AlgebraVector2F
 The target vector.
- parameter
- Type: SystemSingle
 The interpolation parameter that lies in the interval [0,1]; also known as interpolation
            factor or weight of the target value.
Return Value
Type:
Vector2FThe linear interpolation of two vectors.
 Remarks
RemarksLerp(a, b, 0) returns a. Lerp(a, b, 1) returns b.

            The interpolation parameter can lie outside of the interval [0, 1].
            Outside of this interval the method actually performs an extrapolation instead of an
            interpolation.
