The appearance (color, reflection, refraction, etc.) of the water is defined by the property Water.
The Volume defines the surface and the underwater volume. If Volume is , an infinite water plane (e.g. for an ocean) is created. The top surface of the water volume should go through the local origin of the WaterNode. This is expected for depth-based water color computations.
The water supports planar reflections (see PlanarReflection) and cube map/skybox reflections (see SkyboxReflection). The water can flow into user-defined directions, defined in Flow. The water surface can also be displaced using a displacement map to create waves (see Waves).
WaterNodes are rendered by the WaterRenderer.
Cloning: When a WaterNode is cloned the properties Water, Volume, PlanarReflection, SkyboxReflection, Flow and Waves are copied by reference (shallow copy). The original and the cloned node will reference the same instances.
